WHEREAS, BANKWEST, INC., Substitute Trustee, as Trustee, under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated September 24, 1999, and filed October 12, 1999, in the Officer of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds as Document no. 99- 109977, has received a written request from BankWest, Inc„ the
<br />Beneficiary in said Deed of Trust, to execute a Deed of Reconveyance as to a portion of the real
<br />estate described in said Deed of Trust, and
<br />WHEREAS, BANKWEST, INC., Substitute Trustee, by and through its authorized
<br />representative, has received the Request for Reconveyance by the Beneficiary, reciting that the
<br />Beneficiary consents to the reconveyance of Lot Ten (10), Block Two (2), Roush Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee in the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), in Block Two (2), Roush Subdivision,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
