Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated March 18, 1997, wherein Richard L. Beckstrom and Carrie I. Beckstrom, Husband <br />and Wife, were the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on March 27, 1997, as Document No. 97- 102165 and contains as trust <br />property, the following- described real estate: <br />The South 3 feet of Lot 77, all of Lot 78 and the North 3 feet of Lot 79, <br />Hawthorne Place, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated March 18, 1997, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to The <br />Overland National Bank of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to <br />above which secures this obligation. <br />Arend R.
