<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by MOJO,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, HC 67 BOX 86, OCONTO, NE 68860, Trustor,
<br />to HERITAGE BANK, P.O. BOX 5138, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68802, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HERITAGE BANK, P.O. BOX 5138, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68802, the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated 10 -08 -2003, and recorded 11 -26 -2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument # 0200315458 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below:
