<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Venture North, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, by its members, Amanda North,
<br />Shane North and Karen K. North, Trustors, to Jamie Mues Jankovitz, Attorney at Law,
<br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May 5th, 2023, in which Karen K. North, an individual,
<br />is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded May 5th, 2023, as Document No. 202302191
<br />of the Records of the Register of Deeds in Hall County Nebraska, securing an original stated
<br />indebtedness of $255,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiaries have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the real estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follows:

<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska.
