<br />Know All Men by These Presents: Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a Bell Federal Credit Union
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Donna Jean
<br />Thompson, a single person,to Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a/Bell Federal Credit Union for the
<br />benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a Bell Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated October 8, 1997 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Instrument #97- 108382 has been paid and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment -and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
<br />or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />The Northerly Forty -four (44) feet of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), in Block Fourteen (14) of Schimmer's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
