<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br /> SANDY K. MEYER AND MARK D. TRACY, AS UNMARRIED PERSONS, Trustor
<br /> to AREND BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br /> BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 7th, 1997, and
<br /> recorded May 16, 1997, As Document No. 97-103811, in the Office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br /> writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
