<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br /> SANDY K. MEYER AND MARK D. TRACY, AS UNMARRIED PERSONS, Trustor
<br /> to AREND BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br /> BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 7th, 1997, and
