<br />A7 THAT WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Joel
<br />M. Mettenbrink and Lindsey C. Mettenbrink, husband and wife, to the United States of America,
<br />--t acting through the Farm Service Agency, United States Department of Agriculture, as Trustee
<br />for the benefit of the United States of America, acting through the Farm Service Agency, United
<br />States Department of Agriculture, Beneficiary named therein, recorded December 20, 2018, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201808180, has
<br />been paid in part, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee does, by these presents, grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and in the estate derived to said Trustee by or
