Locust Ste 501 <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />THIS DEED, made this 3 day of <br />, 2023, between John McDermott, <br />Trustee; D & A Investments, L.L.C., Beneficiary; and Ryan Allen Hipke, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on July 27, 2021, <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall and identified as Instrument No. <br />202106387, conveys to Trustee, John McDermott, successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Twenty-six (26), Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said <br />Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or <br />appertaining. <br />John 4 P ermott, Trustee <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, COUNTY OF HALL) ss: <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />AvAst 3 , 2023, by John McDermott, Trustee. <br />Notary Public <br />
