<br />of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4) of said Section 24; running thence
<br />North parallel with the West section line of said Section 24, a distance
<br />of 105 feet; thence turning and running East parallel with the North
<br />section line of said Section 24, a distance of 162 feet; thence turning
<br />and running South parallel with the West section line of said Section 24,
<br />a distance of 105 feet; thence turning and running West parallel with the
<br />North section line of said Section 24, a distance of 162 feet to the point
<br />of beginning,
<br />with interest in the above - described real estate, subject to easements, reservations,
<br />covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution
<br />of the real estate from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR
<br />has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same.
