PHELPS and KONNIE K. PHELPS, Husband and Wife, (� <br />GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and Other Valuable Consideration \ <br />received from GRANTEE, ZACHARY G. FOSTER and RENAE L.
