<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 29, 1994 executed by Richard Kittridge & M Jane
<br />Kittridge, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall `s
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #94- 103594, on the 2nd day of May, 1994, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK ONE (1), PACKER AND BARR'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT FIVE (5); THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE

<br />HUNDRDTHS (131.56) FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT FIVE (5); THENCE
<br />NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT FIVE (5) A DISTANCE OF THREE AND THIRTEEN
<br />(3.13) FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. AND
<br />LOTS SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK FOUR (4), IN LAMBERT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
