<br />2 0 0110 9 0 9 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 14, 1997, executed by David L. Larson and Catherine v
<br />M. Larson, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document # 97- 101171 on the 21st day of February, 1997, and a
<br />Modification of Deed of Trust dated January 3, 2000 executed by David L Larson and
<br />Catherine M. Larson, husband and wife which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200000237 on the 10th day of January, 2000,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LEGAL #1:
<br />LOT THREE (3), LUCAS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />LEGAL #2
<br />LOT EIGHT (8) IN "HOLCOMB'S HIGHWAY HOMES ", A SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE
<br />NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1 /4NE1/4) AND A PART OF LOT
<br />FOUR (4), MAINLAND, ALL OF SECTION TWENTY -EIGHT (28) IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11),
<br />NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
