<br />WHEREAS, "MNB BANK, as successor in interest to BANK OF DONIPHAN" A State Banking
<br />Corporation by and through Scott A. Johnson, Vice President, its authorized officer, MNB
<br />BANK, as trustee under the trust deed dated September 28, 2001, executed by BRADLEY E.
<br />KROEGER; JILL R. KROEGER, HUSBAND and WIFE; ELDON L. KROEGER ; PEGGY J. KROEGER,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE,in which MNB Bank is named as beneficiary, and recorded as Instrument
<br />No. 200109987 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has
<br />received from MNB Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the
<br />note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />said corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Bradley E. and Jill R.
<br />Kroeger, Husband and Wife and Eldon L. and Peggy J. Kroeger, Husband and Wife, the estate
<br />now held by it thereunder, to-witt:
