<br />Thomas R. Young, a single person, GRANTOR, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain,
<br />sell and confirm unto Karl Young, a life estate interest for and during his lifetime, with a remainder
<br />interest to Troy Grabowski and Travis Grabowski, as tenants in common and not as joint tenants
<br />with rights of survivorship, GRANTEES, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable

<br />waste upon the premises. Upon the death of Grantor, Karl Young shall have the full benefit and
<br />use of the above-described premises and the rents, issues, and profits thereof for his lifetime.
