<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST, made on this -uwri1 .-,L day of December, 2000, by and
<br />among Anne M. Bohan and Larry D. Woitaszewski, wife andohusband, whose mailing address is
<br />9391 S. Alda Rd., Wood River, Nebraska 68883, ( "Trustor "); Ralph A. Bradley, Attorney at Law,
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 639, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802, ( "Trustee "); and Evelyn E.
<br />Juzek and Carolyn Kay Morris , whose mailing address is 3782 W. Meadow Briar Dr., Tucson,
<br />Arizona. Evelyn E. Juzek and Carolyn Kay Morris, Trustees and their successors and all
<br />amendments thereto, whose mailing address is 3782 W. Meadow Briar Dr., Tucson, Arizona
<br />(Beneficiary ").
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys, and assigns
<br />to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under
<br />and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real property, located in the City
<br />of County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and legally described as follows, (the "Property ") to -wit:

<br />TOGETHER WITH all rents, easements, appurtenances, interests in adjoining roads, streets,
<br />and alleys, improvements, and buildings, and all stoves and refrigerators on said premises subject
<br />to a first Deed of Trust or Mortgage dated December 2-Y, 2000, under which Evelyn Z. Juzek and Carolyn
<br />of Grand Island, is the secured party having a first lien on said above described real estate. Kay Morris
<br />The property and the entire estate and interest conveyed to the Trustee are referred to
<br />collectively as the "Trust Estate ".
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING:
<br />a. Payment of indebtedness in the total principal amount of Fifty -Five Thousand One
<br />Hundred Sixteen and 53/100 Dollars ($55,116.53), at 12% percent interest, as evidenced by that
<br />certain Trust Deed Note of even date (the "Note ") with a maturity date of 12- — / - Zo o'5 ,
<br />200_, executed by Trustor, which has been delivered and is payable to the order of Beneficiary and
<br />which by this reference is hereby made a part hereof, and any and all modifications, extensions and
