Dority <br />Revocable Trust dated August 9, 2001, GRANTOR, in consideration of <br />One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,000.00), received from <br />GRANTEE, Martin L. Pierson, Trustee under Martin L. Pierson Trust <br />dated October 18, 1993, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. S 76 -201): <br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W 1/2 NW 1/4) of <br />Section Four (4), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve <br />(12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPT for a tract of land commencing at the Southwest <br />corner of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W 1/2 <br />NW 1/4) of said Section Four (4); thence East and <br />parallel with the South boundary of said section a <br />distance of Four Hundred Thirty -five (435) feet; thence <br />North and parallel to the West boundary of said section <br />a distance of Four Hundred Eighty -five (485) feet; thence <br />West and parallel to the South boundary of said section <br />a distance of Four Hundred Thirty -five (435) feet; thence <br />South along the West boundary of said section a distance <br />of Four Hundred Eighty -five (485) feet to the point of <br />beginning; <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of <br />record. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is <br />free from encumbrances except easements and restrictions <br />of record; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against <br />any acts of the GRANTOR. <br />EXECUTED: October L ` , 2001. <br />Helen L.
