<br />NEBRASKA, N.A.), TRUSTEE OF THE HENRY DIXON GLADE TRUST AGREEMENT
<br />DATED NOVEMBER 8, 1994 AS AMENDED FEBRUARY 17, 1999, GRANTOR, for
<br />and in consideration of FIFTY -NINE THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS
<br />($59,000.00) received from GRANTEES, BRUCE L. McFARLAND and
<br />JENNIFER E. McFARLAND, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
<br />rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, conveys to
<br />GRANTEES the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. 76 -201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Fractional Lot Four (4) in Fractional Block Twenty -Five
<br />(25) of Baker's Addition and its complement Fractional
<br />Lot Four (4) in Fractional Block Four (4) in Woodbine
<br />Addition both being additions to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as platted, surveyed and
<br />recorded,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it
<br />is free from encumbrances;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against any acts of the GRANTOR.
