That certain real property was conveyed to Kevin A Brostrom as Trustee under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Kirk Douglas Kissler and Vicki Kissler, husband and wife. Pursuant to the Substitution, Zachary Butz has the ability to exercise all rights of the Trustee. 4. The legal description of the said real property is as follows, to -wit: Lots One (1) and Two (2), Alderson Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and the Beneficiary and Trustee have elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation, to - wit: failure to pay the total installments on the Note from April 2022 to the present.
