<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, "MNB BANK, as successor in interest to BANK OF DONIPHAN" A State Banking
<br />Corporation by and through Linda K. Heiden, Vice President, its authorized officer, MNB BANK,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated December 17, 2021 executed by Bradley E. Kroeger, As
<br />Trustee of the Bradley E. Kroeger Revocable Trust and Jill R. Kroeger, As Trustee of the Jill R.
<br />Kroeger Revocable Trust, in which MNB Bank is named as beneficiary, and recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 202200545 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such
<br />trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee,
<br />for cancellation:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />said corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Bradley E. Kroeger,
<br />Trustee of the Bradley E. Kroeger Revocable Trust and Jill R. Kroeger, Trustee of the Jill R.
