STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions, <br />under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public right of way: <br />Installation, maintenance, and repair of concrete paving and landscaping rocks in the public right-of-way area, <br />which will be placed a minimum of four (4) feet from the back of the curb to aid in traffic flow, adjacent to the <br />property addressed as 212 W 12th St, per the attached Exhibit "A", dated 2023/6/19 and consisting of one (1) <br />page. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described real estate <br />adjacent to the Licensor's public right of way to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />ALL OF BLOCK FIFTY-NINE (59) IN WHEELER AND BENNETT'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND VACATED ALLEY AND THAT PART OF THIRTEENTH STREET <br />LYING BETWEEN LOCUST STREET AND WHEELER AVENUE. <br />about:blank 1/4 <br />
