Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located <br />on land owned by Royelle, Inc (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />Lot Fifteen (15), in Holcomb's Highway Homes, a Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Excepting a tract of land more particularly described in <br />Deed recorded as Document No. 200007322. <br />b. On December 9, 2015, USA Outdoor, L.L.C. entered into a lease (the "Lease") <br />with Sorensens Body Shop for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. Legacy <br />Outdoor Advertising, LLC is the successor owner of this billboard to USA Outdoor, L.L.C. <br />Royelle, Inc is the successor owner of the property from Sorensens Body Shop. <br />Memorandum: <br />1. The term of the Lease is three years, beginning on January 1, 2016 (the "Effective Date"), <br />and ending on December 31, 2018. The lease shall automatically renew for four (4) consecutive <br />three-year terms unless written notice is given to Lessor by Lessee thirty (30) days prior to the <br />date of the next yearly anniversary of the start date when the term will expire. If said Lessor shall <br />sell the above -referenced real estate any time during this Agreement, the new Lessor shall honor <br />all terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br />2. The Lessee is currently in possession of the Leased Premises. <br />3. The amount of the rent and other terms of the Lease are as provided for in the Lease. <br />
