<br />PURSUANT TO NEBRASKA UNIFORM REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER ON
<br />DEATH ACT
<br />I, David J. Wetherilt, a single person, Grantor/Transferor, transfer all of my interest in the
<br />following described property to the named beneficiary, Brian D. Wetherilt. Said transfer to be
<br />effective at my death. The real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. '76-201) in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska is described as follows:
<br />Suit No. Fourteen (14), "B" Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on the plat and plan for "B" Windsor
<br />Square Condominium Property Regime and the Declaration thereof, and any
<br />amendments thereto, and subject to the Declaration, grants, covenants, easements,
<br />conditions and restrictions establishing a plan for condominium ownership of "B"
<br />Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime, as set forth therein and of record as
<br />Instrument #80-006226, and any amendments thereto, all as contained in the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; AND
<br />Garage C, Allene Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on the plat and plan for Allene Windsor Square
<br />Condominium Property Regime and the Declaration thereof, and any amendments
<br />thereto, and subject to the Declaration, grants, covenants, easements, conditions and
<br />restrictions establishing a plan for condominium ownership of Allene Windsor Square
<br />Condominium Property Regime as set forth therein and of record as Instrument #80-
<br />001455, and any amendments thereto, all as contained in the records of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />I may revoke this deed. When recorded this deed revokes any Transfer on Death deed
<br />that I made before signing this deed.

<br />I, David J. Wetherilt, the transferor, sign my name to this instrument this day of
<br />June, 2023, and being first duly sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned authority that I sign
<br />and execute this transfer on death deed to transfer my interest in the described real property and
<br />that I sign it willingly or willingly direct another to sign for me, that I execute it as my free and
<br />voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed, that I am eighteen years of age or older or am
<br />not at this time a minor and that I am of sound mind and under no constraint or under influence.
