Fuentes and Ilka J. Ruiz-Monell <br />a/k/a Ilka Judit Ruiz-Monell, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Roberta J.
