He is Trustee under that certain Substitution of Trustee recorded in the office of <br />the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 202302293 (the "Substitution"), modifying <br />the Trust deed recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. <br />0201105101 (the "Trust Deed"). <br />2. That Darren Rowe and Rhonda Rowe, husband and wife, are the Trustors under <br />the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Kevin A Brostrom as Trustee under <br />the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Kirk Douglas Kissler and Vicki <br />Kissler, husband and wife. Pursuant to the Substitution, Zachary Butz has the ability to exercise <br />all rights of the Trustee. <br />4.
