Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located <br />on land owned by Y & M Holdings, LLC (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />Lot Three (3), Rapien Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />b. On June 19, 2003, Waitt Outdoor, LLC entered into a lease (the "Lease") with <br />Randy and Marianne Rapien for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. Legacy <br />Outdoor Advertising, LLC is the successor owner of this billboard to Waitt Outdoor, LLC. Y & <br />M Holdings, LLC are the successor owners of the property from Randy and Marianne Rapien. <br />Memorandum: <br />1. The term of the Lease is twenty-five years, beginning on June 19, 2003 (the "Effective <br />Date"), and ending on June 18, 2028. The lease shall be extended for an additional five (5) years, <br />upon the same terms and conditions, unless Lessee shall give the Lessor written notice of <br />nonrenewal at least Sixty (60) days prior to the end of the original term. After the original or any <br />renewal term of this Lease, it shall continue from year to year unless either party shall give the <br />other party written notice of nonrenewal at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then <br />current term. <br />2. The Lessee is currently in possession of the Leased Premises. <br />3.
