Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the "Billboard") located <br />on land owned by Robert and Julie Stahla Trust (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Rief-Standeven Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 200308995; EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly <br />described in Deed of Correction recorded as Document No. 200313515 and <br />EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly described in Deed of correction recorded <br />as Document No. 200602390. <br />b. On February 24, 2006, Simmons Outdoor Media -I, LLC entered into a lease (the <br />"Lease") with Senior Motors for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. Legacy <br />Outdoor Advertising, LLC is the successor owner of this billboard to Simmons Outdoor Media -I, <br />LLC. Robert and Julie Stahla Trust are the successor owners of the property from Senior Motors. <br />Memorandum: <br />1. The term of the Lease is twenty years, beginning on February 16, 2006 (the "Effective <br />Date"), and ending on February 15, 2026. The lease shall continue in full force and effect on the <br />same terms and conditions for a like successive period or periods, unless Lessor delivers to <br />Lessee within 90 days prior to the end of the then current term written notice of termination of <br />this lease. Lessee may terminate this Lease at any time by giving Lessor 30 days prior written <br />notice of such termination. <br />2. The Lessee is currently in possession of the Leased Premises. <br />
