Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located on land owned by Moises Llamas and Olivia Lopez Llamas (the "Owner") described as follows: A certain part of Lot Five (5) Voss Subdivision which is situated in the East Half of th Southwest Quarter (E1/2 SW 1/4) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W 1/2 SE A) of Section Eleven (11) Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 5 and running thence South along and upon the East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 280 feet, running thence West, at an angle of 90 degrees, 00' to the right a distance of 100.00 feet, running thence North a distance of 209.5 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 5, Voss Subdivision, running then Northeasterly along and upon the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 230 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.927 acres more or less; together with all improvements and appurtenances but less that part of the frontage on Highway # so, which will be taken by the State of Nebraska for improvement of East Highway #30, which tract remains the property of the Seller. b. On June 15, 2006, Simmons Outdoor Media -I, LLC entered into a lease (the "Lease") with Latinos Auto Used Cars for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. Legacy Outdoor Advertising, LLC is the successor owner of this billboard to Simmons Outdoor Media -I, LLC. Olivia Lopez is the owner of Latinos Auto Used Cars.
