Brostrom, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust recorded as <br />Document #96- 102402, wherein Neil Gottlob and Judy Gottlob were the <br />Grantors /Trustors and Marvin M. Hartmann and Elaine M. Hartmann, husband and <br />wife, were Beneficiaries, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power and <br />authority given to me in and by such instrument, and in consideration of payment of <br />the debt in full, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys <br />to Marvin M. Hartmann and Elaine M.
