<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block one Hundred Twenty Eight (128), in
<br />Union pacific Railway Company's Second addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Commonly known as: 216 East 7th Street, Grand Island, NE 68801
<br />Together, with the notes therein described, and the money due and
<br />to become due thereon, including interest, attorney's fees and
<br />charges.
