EXHIBIT C <br />20001/180 <br />ROUTINE REPORTS <br />Report Required <br />Financial Statement of Guarantor. An <br />audited annual consolidated financial statement <br />of Guarantor as of the end of its preceding <br />fiscal year, including a balance sheet, income <br />statement, cash flow statement, and all <br />explanatory notes. <br />Ol erating Statement of Premises. Following <br />any fiscal year during which Borrower leases <br />the Premises, an annual operating statement for <br />such year, in form and detail satisfactory to <br />American Family, indicating all income and <br />expenses, including expenses for leasing <br />commissions, and all tenant improvements and <br />other capital improvements, if any. <br />Certified Rent Roll of the Premises. <br />Following any fiscal year during which <br />Borrower leases the Premises, a rent roll of the <br />Premises dated no earlier than the last day of <br />such fiscal year, including such information on <br />vacancies, Tenants, Leases, Lease income and <br />rent collection as American Family may <br />require. <br />Property Tax Receipts. An official receipt <br />verifying payment of all property taxes due on <br />the Premises; or, if tax payments are <br />delinquent, a copy of the most recent statement <br />from the taxing agency which indicates the <br />amount and due date of delinquent payments <br />and any penalties or interest. <br />Date Required <br />By May 31 g` of each year for the preceding <br />fiscal year. <br />By May 31 s` of each year for the preceding <br />fiscal year, if required. <br />By May 31s` of each year for the preceding <br />fiscal year, if required. <br />Not later than fifteen (15) days after such <br />payments would become delinquent if not <br />paid. <br />
