Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RANDY V SEE AND
<br />CAMILLA S SEE, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of

<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 22, 1997 and recorded

<br />Instrument 97- 106267 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
