<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 1, 1996 executed by Gary P. Rowe and Harlene Dee
<br />Rowe, husband and wife, Leland L. Steffen and Marilyn Steffen, husband and wife, David A.
<br />Ellington and Louise E. Ellington, husband and wife in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #96- 100863, on the 6th day of
<br />February, 1996, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1), BAPTIST TEMPLE SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 21st day of December, 2000.
