<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by David Peters and Laura Peters,
<br />trustors, to Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Trustee, and Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek,
<br />Beneficiary, and recorded May 29, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200104972 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
