GRANTEES, LLOYD L. MULLER and GENE A. MULLER, in equal shares, as tenants in <br />common, the following - described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />An undivided one -third interest in a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE '/4) of Section 10, Township 12 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said SE '/4; thence running S <br />88 °30'58" W on the North line of said SE 1/4 for a distance of 2613.37 feet to the <br />Northwest corner of said SE 1/4; thence S 00 °02'36" W on the West line of said SE '/4 <br />for 2208.77 feet; thence N 88 °29'20" E for 589.12 feet; thence N 03 °20'15" E for <br />476.76 feet; thence N 20 °54'13" E for 45.62 feet; thence N 02 °54'58" W for 358.49 <br />feet, thence N 27 °39'27 "E for 177.06 feet; thence N 50 °23'58" E for 799.56 feet; <br />thence N 88 °30'38" E for 1301.64 feet to a point on the East line of said SE '/4; <br />thence on an assumed bearing of N 00 °00'00 "E on the East line of said SE 1/4 for <br />684.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 67.048 acres more <br />or less, the Easterly 33.00 feet thereof being Hall County road right -of -way <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to distribution of <br />the real estate from said Estate.
