200110806 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8702 (Cont.) <br />at such time as such property becomes connected to the water main in such district. No property thus <br />benefitted by water main improvements shall be connected to the water main until the connection <br />fee is paid. The connection fees collected shall be paid either into the Water Surplus Fund or into <br />a fund to be designated as the fund for Water Main District No. 434T for the purpose of creating a <br />sinking fund for the payment of bonds. Payment of the cost of construction of Water Main District <br />No. 434T may be made by warrants drawn upon the Water Surplus Fund. <br />SECTION 5.
