In consideration of the payment of all obligations under a <br />Deed of Trust dated February 23, 1998, by and between H & H <br />CARRIER CORPORATION, a Nebraska corporation, as Trustor, which <br />Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 98- 101526 in the Office <br />of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the <br />request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, <br />Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on <br />the following described real estate: <br />Lot One (1), Hoch Subdivision, City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pur- <br />suant to Section 76- 1014.01 of the Revised Statutes of the State <br />of Nebraska, said premises to H & H CARRIER CORPORATION, a <br />Nebraska corporation. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Bruce I.
