Vieth and Tiffany K.Vieth, Husband and Wife <br />Borrower is the trustor under this Security Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is FIVE POINTS BANK <br />Lender is a Commercial Bank organized and existing under the <br />laws of NEBRASKA, Lender's address is PO BOX 1507 GRAND <br />ISLAND, NE 68802 -1507 <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is Central National Bank <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated October 15, 2001 <br />The Note states that Borrower owes Lender <br />One Hundred Twenty -Five Thousand And 00 /100 <br />Dollars (U.S. $ 125, 000.00 ) plus interest.
