<br />SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS George G.
<br />Katrouzos hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagors /Trustors" did on the 16th day of
<br />February, 2001 execute and deliver to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A. a
<br />Mortgage /Deed of Trust upon certain real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />legally described as:
<br />Lot 15, Block 2, Brentwood Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />Conditioned for and to secure the payment of the sum shown on the NOTE, which
<br />Mortgage /Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of Register of Deeds of Hall County
<br />on the 2nd day of April, 2001 as Document No. 200102721.
<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors /Trustors, for the purpose, among other things, of paying
<br />or securing certain debts, have agreed to execute and deliver a Mortgage /Deed of Trust
<br />upon the real estate to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. conditioned for the payment
<br />of the sum of Seventy -One Thousand Five Hundred and no /100 Dollars ($71,500.00),
<br />to be a first Mortgage /Deed of Trust upon the premises, recorded in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A. in consideration of the
<br />premises for value received, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does hereby bargain, consent, promise and agree to and with Mortgagors /Trustors, their
<br />heirs and assigns, that the Mortgage /Deed of Trust upon the premises thus to be executed
<br />by Mortgagors /Trustors to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., for the amount and
<br />interest above mentioned, shall at all times be a prior Mortgage /Deed of Trust and a prior
<br />lien upon the premises to the Mortgage /Deed of Trust of Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska,
<br />N.A. as above described.
