200110763 <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) <br />of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (1 1) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M.; thence southerly along the easterly line of said <br />Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), a distance of one thousand two hundred <br />thirty six and fifty three hundredths (1,236.53) feet; thence westerly <br />deflecting right 90 000'00 ", a distance of thirty three (33.0) feet to a <br />point on the westerly right -of -way line of said Stuhr Road, being the <br />actual Point of Beginning; thence southwesterly deflecting right <br />52 °14'15 ", a distance of twenty and seventy six hundredths (20.76) <br />feet; thence northwesterly deflecting right 1200 18'43 ", a distance of <br />sixteen and sixty two hundredths (16.62)feet; thence northerly parallel <br />with the westerly right -of -way line of said Stuhr Road, a distance of <br />one hundred seventy nine and thirty two hundredths (179.32) feet to <br />a point on the right -of -way line of said Stuhr Road; thence easterly <br />along the right -of -way line of said Stuhr Road, a distance of eighteen <br />and fifty seven hundredths (18.57) feet to a point thirty three (33.0) <br />feet west of the easterly line of the said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4); <br />thence southerly along the westerly right -of -way line of said Stuhr <br />Road, a distance of one hundred eighty two and eighty five <br />hundredths (182.85) feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />The above - described easement and right -of -way containing a total of <br />0.081 acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated 10/2/2001, <br />marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, <br />together with the following rights: <br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above - described <br />easement and right -of -way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, <br />construction, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, <br />removal, and operation of such public utilities and appurtenances.
