THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by PREISENDORF
<br />PLUMBING & HEATING, INC., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for
<br />the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated DECEMBER 2, 1996 and
<br />recorded DECEMBER 6,1996 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, DOCUMENT
<br />NO. 96- 109500 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named

<br />Washington Street, a distance of One Hundred Forty --five and Five tenths
<br />feet to the northerly line of Oklahoma Avenue; thence northeasterly along said
<br />northerly line of Oklahoma Avenue a distance of Two Hundred Sixty- -four (26/1'.0.)
<br />feet., to the westerly line of Lincoln Avenue; thence northwesterly along said
<br />westerly line of Lincoln Avenue, a distance of One Hundred Forty--six (14(S.0)
