Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JAY L
<br />HEHNKE AND JULIE D HEHNKE, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND S
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 29, 1999 and
<br />recorded AUGUST 11, 1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, °So
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 99108094 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
