Becker, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about <br />SO <br />November 12, 1990, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Six (6), in Block Four (4), in Lambert's Second Addition, an Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on November 13, 1990, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 90- 106458. <br />On or about November 15, 1990, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its <br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
