KRUSE, DECEASED (Hall County Court Case No. PR00 -50), <br />Grantor, conveys and releases to the Grantees named below, the <br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />An undivided one -half (',�) interest in and to the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW'-4NE'-4) of Section <br />Seventeen (17), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, subject to <br />encumbrances, public roads and highways, visible easements, <br />easements and restrictions of record, as follows: <br />A life estate to Ima Jean Kruse upon the <br />terms and conditions set forth in the Last <br />Will and Testament of John F. Kruse admitted <br />to probate in the County Court of Hall County <br />in Case No. PR00 -50, and <br />The remainder interest in shares determined <br />by right of representation to the issue of <br />John F. Kruse who survive Ima Jean Kruse. <br />Grantor has determined that the Grantees designated herein <br />are the persons entitled to distribution of the real estate from <br />said estate.
