<br />Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Danny S. O'Brien and Kelly J. O'Brien, as husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as Beneficiary and Columbus Federal Savings Bank
<br />is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record February 2, 1994 and recorded in the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.94- 100933.
<br />On or about February 7, 1994, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded
<br />February 16, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 94- 101367.
<br />Christopher S. Wallace, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
