<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Ronald J. McBride. A Single Person , Trustor, to
<br />Heritage Bank f /k /a Bank of Wood River Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Heritage Bank f /k /a Bank of Wood River , the Beneficiary
<br />named herein, dated December 13. 1999 , and recorded
<br />December 29. 1999 , 210K in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 99112266 has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled there to
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premised but only as to such premises:
<br />Parcel 1) Lot Six (6), Block One (1), in Gilbert's addition to the
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 2) Lot Ten (10), in Block FouR (4) in Park Place addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
