NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Dennis A. Oberhauser and Christie L. Oberhauser, husband and c, <br />wife, Trustosr, did on or about October 15, 1999, make, execute and deliver to Jerry J. Milner, Attorney - <br />at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real o <br />property: <br />"Lot Eight (8), Block One Hundred Forty Two (142), Union Pacific Railway Company's Second <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Associates Financial Services <br />Company of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded on October 20, 1999 in Instrument No. 99-110203 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on February 5, 2001 through October 5, 2001, <br />together with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act, appointed Michael F.
