ORDINANCE NO. 8646
<br />An ordinance to vacate a portion of an alley located between Fifth Street and
<br />Sixth Street and between Elm Street and vacated Clebum Street in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; to provide for filing this ordinance in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County; and to provide for publication and the effective date of this ordinance.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br />SECTION 1. That the alley located in Block Thirteen, Original Town, city of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot One (1), Block Thirteen (13),
<br />Original Town in Section 16 -11 -9; thence southwesterly on the southerly line of
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Block Thirteen (13) Original
<br />Town; thence southerly on a prolongation of the west line of Lot Four (4), Block
<br />Thirteen (13) Original Town to the northwest corner of Lot Five (5), Block
<br />Thirteen (13) Original Town; thence northeasterly on the northerly line of Lots
<br />Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8), Block Thirteen (13) Original Town;
<br />thence northerly on a prolongation of the east line of Lot Eight (8), Block
