<br />Grand Island is named as Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the
<br />Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record May 16, 1997 and recorded in the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.97- 103830.
<br />On or about May 16, 1997, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial
<br />Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded May 16, 1997, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 103831.
