<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record June 2, 2000, and recorded
<br />in the records of the Register of Deedi of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.200004551. Said
<br />Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Daniel S. Middleton and Kristina M.
<br />Middleton, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island is named as Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the
<br />Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record May 16, 1997 and recorded in the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.97- 103830.
<br />On or about May 16, 1997, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial
<br />Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded May 16, 1997, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 103831.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
