f� <br />r <br />200110646 <br />TAX SERVICE RIDER <br />Loan Number 210159 <br />THIS RIDER is made this 10 t h day of JULY, 2 0 01 and is <br />incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or <br />Security Deed (the "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the undersigned (the "Borrower ") <br />to secure Borrower's Note (the "Note ") to MORTGAGE LOANS OF AMERICA, LLC, A <br />LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (the "Lender ") <br />of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and located at: <br />1104 S. CHERRY STREET, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA 68801 <br />[Property Address; <br />As used in this Rider the term "Lender" includes Lender's successors and assigns and the company <br />servicing the Note on Lender's behalf. <br />Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained din the "Uniform Covenants" section of the <br />Security Instrument, paragraph 2, "Funds for Taxes and Insurance " * *, Lender may require Borrower <br />to pay a one -time charge for a real estate tax reporting service, which may be either an independent <br />real estate tax reporting service, or may be a service provided by Lender itself, unless applicable law <br />does not permit Lender to make such a charge. Any such charge shall appear on the HUD -1 <br />Settlement Statement signed by Borrower in connection with this loan. <br />The purpose of this Rider is to amend the "Uniform Covenants" section of the Security Instrument, <br />paragraph 2, "Funds for Taxes and Insurance" to make it clear that Lender may provide such tax <br />reporting service itself, as opposed to having such service provided by an independent company. <br />BRY E D.
