KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by KYLE D. SAWYERS AND HOLLY J. SAWYERS, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT
<br />TENANTS to COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 31. 1999 and recorded APRIL 7. 1999 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA as Instrument # 99- 103583 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
